Following the elections at January's Annual Meeting, many of our committees have new chairs.

• Sally Melcher—Mission Committee
• Martha Cobb—Christian Education Committee
• Alice Eaddy—Music Committee
• Jackie Kulik—Memorial Committee
• Martha Phillips—Stewardship Committee
• Pete Downing—Pastoral Relations and Personnel Committees.

We have both a Personnel Committee and a Pastoral Relations Committee.

The Personnel Committee is chaired by our vice-moderator, currently Pete Downing. The Personnel Committee evaluates the minister, receives the Senior Minister's evaluations of other staff members, and makes salary recommendations to the Prudential Committee. The members of the Personnel Committee are : Pete Downing, Sue Ouellette, Cindy Parker, and Barbara Wilson. They are appointed by the Executive Committee.

The Pastoral Relations Committee is a place for the ministers and representatives of the congregation to share joys and concerns informally. The members include someone from the Executive Committee, a Deacon, and the person named by each of the ministers. Current members are: Pete Downing, Jane Lowell, Mike Muir, and Carole Ringer.
